Scientists recommend humans get 8 hours of sleep daily during in same time period. They say if you do this your body will thank you will bounteous energy and good health.
But is this true?
The purpose of this challenge to find out.

For the next 21 days I’ll be going to bed strictly at 11PM and waking up at 7AM and recording how I feel each day (energy and hunger levels, mood etc.)
